Our products are “Made in Germany” at our factory in the Sauerland. düna’s high quality standards are reflected not only in the production process: we also want to provide a top-quality service in terms of comprehensive advice and the fast processing of orders. We ship many products on the day you place your order. We at düna focus on the needs and requests of our customers.

An important component of our success is our reliability. This applies both to our agreements and accessibility, as well as to our quality. You can rely on düna to provide you with high-quality products – every time! This is ensured, among other things, by our manual on-site assembly, which makes it possible to have 100% control, resulting in a complaint rate of almost 0%. Due to the fact that production takes place here in our factory, we can respond to customer requests in a very individual and flexible way. This also enables us to create short supply chains.

We leave nothing to chance when it comes to quality. Our quality management plays a decisive role in this. Here, we check the planning, management and monitoring of processes to ensure that our products meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. To this end, we have been tested and certified by TÜV in accordance with ISO 9001. Using quality management, we are able to make our operational processes more transparent and therefore keep on optimising them. By reducing both the error rate and the costs, we are able to achieve lasting customer satisfaction.
